General Rules
Following are the rules and regulations governing the use of this website. All activities within this site are subject to these rules and regulations.
Customers wishing to place bets with Rainbow should note that there may be specific laws in their country, place of residence, or the place where such bets are placed, which prohibit betting, gambling or gaming. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure compliance with local or national applicable laws before registering with Rainbow and/or before placing bets through the Internet.
Customers are encouraged to seek legal advice before registering and/or placing any bets. Rainbow does not accept any responsibility for any customers’ breach of any applicable local or national laws.
Rainbow only accepts bets from customers over the age of 18. Rainbow reserves the right to VOID any transactions involving minors.
Rainbow reserves the right to amend these rules and regulations as we see fit without notice. Customers are advised to check these rules and regulations during log-ins. A customer is deemed to have accepted these rules and regulations by opening an account, accessing our members' only page or by placing a bet with Rainbow.
Rainbow will not be held responsible for any typing, technical, or human error in posting odds and/or handicaps. In the event of error,
Rainbow reserves the right to either VOID any affected bets or correct the error. Rainbow reserves the right to VOID any or all bets made by, and/or withhold payments payable to, any person or group of persons acting in concert or as a syndicate to defraud Rainbow, pending the outcome of a subsequent investigation.
Rainbow shall be entitled to VOID bets, withhold and forfeit monies in Customers' accounts, and the right to claim for all losses and damages suffered by the company as a result of fraud, or belief that there is fraud and/or wrong doings, against the Customer or group of Customers acting in concert or as a syndicate. The withholding and forfeiture, and claims for losses and damages will extend to all Customers who are involved and/or which Rainbow believes to be involved in such fraud and wrongdoings.
'Wrongdoings and/or fraud' shall include but not be limited to attempts to beat the rules and regulations, single account per player, betting limits, win limits, hacking, false personal information, 'chip dumping', fund transfers in sports betting and any actions and/or omissions which Rainbow deems to be a fraud and/or wrongdoings.
Without derogating from the generality and the full force of the rights of Rainbow stated hereinbefore, it is hereby expressly provided that Rainbow shall have the right to recover against any Affiliate and/or Master Affiliate and/or Sub Affiliate (whether jointly or separately) any losses and/or damages suffered by Rainbow as a result of any fraud and/or wrongdoings by any customers who is a member of any such aforesaid Affiliate and/or Master Affiliate and/or Sub Affiliate; and for the aVOIDance of doubt, in no circumstances whatsoever and howsoever arising shall the Affiliate and/or Master Affiliate and/or Sub Affiliate be entitled to claim any losses and damages suffered and/or damages alleged to be suffered by the Affiliate and/or Master Affiliate and/or Sub Affiliate as a result of the fraud and/or wrongdoings of the said customer.
For the purpose of this clause, the word 'Affiliate', 'Master Affiliate', and 'Sub Affiliate' shall mean any party (whether an individual or a corporate entity) who is entitled to receive commission and/or rebate from Rainbow and/or its immediate up-line Affiliate in respect of or in relation to any bets placed by the customer, irrespective of whether such party does in fact receive any such commission and/or rebate from its immediate up-line Affiliate.
Rainbow shall not in any event be liable for any damages or losses without limitation that are deemed or alleged to have resulted from or caused by this website or its content, including without limitation delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communications lines failure, any person's use or misuse of the site or it's content, or any errors or omissions in content.
Rainbow will not recognize any result amendments/changes to all bets that were settled after 72 hours from the match(s) kick-off time.
Account To access our betting service, customer must first open an account. Customers may bet up to the bet limit available in their account. Customers may open only one account. Should Rainbow discover any customer with more than one account we reserve the right to treat any such accounts as one joint account.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their records are kept up-to-date with Rainbow, especially address, telephone number and payment/bank details. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they keep their user-name and security details confidential. In the event that a customer is worried that this may no longer be the case they should notify the Rainbow immediately whereupon new password may be given. As stated, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the secrecy of their account and log-on details. Any bets made online where the correct user-name and password have been used will be considered VALID.
Customers should check their account balance each time they log-on Rainbow. In the event of any discrepancies, it is the customers’ responsibility to notify the company at the earliest opportunity together with the customers’ record of transactions since the balance was last verified.
Customers may withdraw money from their account at any time provided that balance has been confirmed.
Rainbow reserves the right to refuse any bet or part of a bet without providing a reason at any time. In addition, Rainbow reserves the right to close a customer's account and refund the balance of their account without further explanation.
If an account is inactive for 12 months or longer, Rainbow reserves the right to forfeit the outstanding balance.
Acceptance Procedures
If any sum is incorrectly credited to the customer’s account, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the company. Otherwise, all subsequent bets directly or indirectly arising from this mistake shall be cancelled.
Bet Acceptance
Rainbow only accepts bets made online A bet shall be deemed VOID if it is not transmitted in full. Once a customer places a bet online, they shall receive an acknowledgement, which is confirmation of acceptance by Rainbow.
Customers are not allowed to cancel or change their bets once it is accepted by Rainbow. If there is a dispute, please inform Rainbow before the game kicks-off to allow Rainbow time for investigation. Should you cancel a bet before confirmation please double check your Bet List to make sure the bet is not placed.
Rainbow hereby informs all customers that all electronic transactions will be recorded in the interests of customers and staffs. When a dispute occurs which cannot be resolved by management the relevant recording(s) will be used as evidence. You and Rainbow agree that such recordings will be the ultimate authority in such matters.
Rainbow reserves the rights to suspend a market at anytime. When a market is suspended, any bets entered will be rejected.
Rainbow also reserves the rights to cease betting on any market at any time without prior notice. All winnings will be credited to the customer account. Winnings credited to an account in error are not available for use and Rainbow reserves the right to VOID any transaction involving such funds.
Rainbow does not accept any responsibility for failure in any equipment or telecommunication that prevents the placing of correct bets.
